As a Realtor member of the MLS, I am able to show you and represent you in the purchase of any home listed for sale by any real estate company. And, since my fee is paid by the listing brokerage, my service costs you nothing!
As an independent broker with no affiliation to any of the large companies, I have no bias or interest in “selling” you on any particular house from any particular company. I will never subject you to the significant risks inherent in dual agency, and I will always act in your best interests, as your exclusive buyer’s agent.
When you’re working with me, you’ll always have up-to-the-minute access to the full MLS reports for all of the homes that meet your criteria – so you won’t have to rely on the filtered-down, sometimes delayed or out-of-date information provided by online consumer search sites.
When you find a house that you like, I’ll provide you with as much current and past sales data as you want to allow you to make the most informed decision possible as to its true market value. I’ll never tell you what price to pay, but instead, will provide you with enough information that you will always be confident in your offering price, whether it’s high or low.
I personally hate to be “sold” on anything myself, and I will never, ever, use any pushy sales tactics or apply any pressure whatsoever. As a result, you can always be confident that your decisions are the right ones for you!
I appreciate the fact that choosing a real estate agent to work with can be a weighty decision. You’ll likely end up spending a good portion of your free time with this person, looking at houses and discussing possible offers. You definitely don’t want to be locked into a contract with someone whom you later find to be incompetent, or even someone whose personality you just don’t care for.
Fortunately, I’ve made this part really easy …
If you choose to work with me, you will not be required to sign a Buyer’s Representation Contract until it becomes legally necessary – (this would be the point at which we’d be writing up a purchase agreement on a home.) Of course, if you would prefer to sign this agreement earlier, that’s fine too.
Until then, you’re welcome to make use of my services at no cost and no obligation. I will set up a full-MLS home search, activate an automatic e-mail of new MLS listings, provide any sales data you’re interested in, and take you out to tour as many homes as you would like – all with no obligation.
